Claire's Creative Nails is located in Stilton, Peterborough. It is a relaxing boutique home salon with a highly professional, yet personal touch.
We have trained with the world's elite CND, Famous Names and Gel II. We offer a variety of their world-renowned services, including: CND Shellac, CND SpaManicure, CND SpaPedicure, CND Plexigel, IBX Systems (to help repair weak, peeling or damaged natural nails), IBX Repair and Strengthen, IBX Boost soak off gel system for natural nail overlays, Gel II gel polish and Gel II Skyscraper soak off gel systems for natural nail overlays.

The Salon's range of power polishes and gel polishes are selected to suit a wide variety of client's nail treatment needs and are available in hundreds of colours with even more nail art options from glitters, nail foils, stamping, decals, Swarovski Crystals and pigment powders to name a few.
Claire's Creative Nails prides itself on being natural nail specialists. We create bespoke nails to suit your style and nail health needs.
We always begin with a complementary nail consultation, GDPR forms, COVID compliance forms and ensure we understand your long-term nail goals and design treatment plans to help you achieve your goals.
We are passionate about nail art and creating unique designs, some of which have featured online in Scratch Magazine, Ink London's and Gel II's social media too as designs of the month!
We are specialists in natural nails, with nearly two decades of experience in the industry. We are experts in our field because we invest heavily in safe, high quality products and equipment made by the industry's finest like CND and Famous Names. Attending regular nail courses and updating our skills continuously, means not only do we bring you the latest trends and products we know how to safely apply them to reduce the risk of allergies.
Think about it in terms of your dentist, if they had done a quick one week course, use sub-standard tools and products, did not follow health and safety guidelines properly would you let them near your mouth, let alone your teeth? Nail products are chemicals and contain some of the same ingredients as dentistry chemicals, we don't mess around with dentistry at home for obvious reasons, we need to apply the same level of caution and care in our use of nail chemicals.
The old saying you get what you pay for couldn't be more true! The reason our services may cost a little more than other salons, is down to our high levels of expertise, continuous professional training, high end products and equipment, higher levels of PPE than required by the government at hospital grade standard and CE marked, correct tax paid not to mention a fabulous set of nails.
As nail technicians we have a huge responsibility working with chemicals, equipment and products, that if not used correctly, could seriously harm your health. Is it worth the risk to go to someone less qualified or with questionable products just because they are cheaper?

Rest assured we are fully qualified, insured with ABT, we follow Government guidelines, Local Council guidelines and The British Beauty Council guidelines too.
Although, nail services are not regulated in this country, professional salons will have the correct risk assessments, health and safety protocols, insurance, qualifications and 'professional use only' products from legitimate suppliers and will be happy to provide evidence of these to you.
How to Identify Quality Products?
All our products are from trusted suppliers and are produced in the USA, UK or Europe.
There has been lots of controversy in the press about gel nail polish lately, a lot of newer brands made in China have caused a high number of allergic reactions in clients and nail technicians. We have not used any of these products in our salon and never would.
Rest assured we have all our products SDS (Safety Data Sheets) and we follow manufacturer's guidelines to ensure you have the safest and most enjoyable experience possible.

Removal and Reapplication
Extras
Enhancements (Extensions) can be priced upon request during your bespoke consultation.
4 weeks+ between appointments- an additional £10, to rebalance your CND Plexigel. If a rebalance isn’t possible (from the condition of the nails-left too long between appointments) new set prices and removal charges apply.

Gel Polish Removal- Complementary of our own work with reapplication within 4 weeks | £20 with Perfectly Prepped ‘Mini’ Manicure
CND Plexigel Removal- (1.5 hours needed) £40 including a mini manicure.
Oops, Nail Repair- If you damage a nail after your appointment, repairs are charged at 15% per nail of the original treatment cost. There is a minimum £15 appointment fee at the time of booking (for example you can book a mini massage for £15 to accommodate this, relax and rejuvenate at the same time.)
CANCELLATION POLICY & PAYMENTS
PAYMENTS:
Please note we can only accept: PayPal, BACS (at the time of treatment), or cash. We do not have a card machine.
BOOKING:
Minimum Appointment Cost- Please note all appointments come with a minimum £15 appointment cost. (This includes nail repairs.)
Booking Fee- At the time of your appointment a £15 booking fee will need to be paid, to secure your appointment slot, this is refundable, (unless stated differently at the time of booking) 48 hours prior to your appointment. You can keep your booking fee on your account and roll it over to make future bookings, as long as it is still valid.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
To ensure we are as efficient as possible for my clients, Claire's Creative Nails maintains a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, don’t show up or cancel your appointment with less than 48hrs notice, you are responsible for the full amount of scheduled service. If it is COVID-19 related and less than 48-hours notice is possible please ring the salon to discuss in these circumstances and rebook your appointment.
DEPOSITS:
During busy periods CCN will ask for a £15 non-refundable booking deposit to secure your appointment slot, once payment has been received the appointment slot is reserved for you. If you cancel your appointment (under 48hrs notice) or are more than 15 minutes late you will lose your appointment slot, deposit and are responsible for the full amount of scheduled service. Thank you for your co-operation, understanding and support.
MINIMUM AGE POLICY:
Please note due to insurance I cannot have children in the salon during treatments. Only one client is allowed in the salon for treatment at any one time. I cannot perform any Gel polish or CND Shellac treatments on anyone under 16. Thank you for your understanding.
GDPR POLICIES and MEDICAL QUESTIONNAIRES.
Your first appointment you will complete a medical questionnaire detailing any allergies or medical conditions we need to be aware of including medications you might be taking. This information ensures we provide the safest level of care when performing your manicures or pedicures. A GDPR form and Medical Questionnaire will be kept on file for each client, stored in a locked filing system in a locked room.
